Pakistan is the 5th largest producer of dates in the world. Almost 550 thousand metrics tons dates are produced annually in Pakistan. Its value around 500 million dollars.40% dates wasted annually. And its value is around200 million dollar. Also 625 million $ tea & coffee is imported annually in Pakistan
About Idea
We have developed Date Spread and date syrup from the fleshy portion of dates. Also Developed Caffeine free date seed coffee from the seeds of dates and also best alternate to tea ultimately Providing an import substitute.
